π Damaged Products
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged product and outer box to

We will assess the damage and resolve the issue by offering either:

A store credit
Please ensure that damage claims are supported with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
π Returns
If you’re not happy with the product, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Clearly mention the items you wish to return.

For partial returns, only hand over the specific item(s) to the pickup agent.

Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging intact.
π¦ Please pack items securely. If the return is damaged in transit due to improper packaging, a refund or store credit may not be issued.
π Pickup and Refund Process

We offer free reverse pickup from your doorstep.

Once the item is received and passes our quality check, youβll receive a store credit equal to the item value.

COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Store credits are valid for 12 months with no minimum order value.

Products made-to-order or personalized cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your order carefully before confirming customization.

We do not accept COD for bulk orders.

Bulk orders are non-returnable, as special pricing applies.

If a product arrives damaged, send unboxing video within 4β6 hours of delivery.

Replacements only will be issued. No refunds for bulk orders.

Delivery timelines may vary for shipments over 10 kg (can take up to 10β15 days).

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

Once packed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return, and store credit will be issued (if applicable).

π Natural Variations in Handmade Items
We offer handcrafted items like ceramics, woodwork, and vegan materials. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and add to their uniqueness. These are not defects.

We aim to resolve all concerns amicably. However, in the rare case of a legal dispute, the jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu.
